Shipping Policy

PIYOGA Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 24 hrs – which is faster than ever before! 

All orders are shipped from San Diego, California.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the total value of your order, the weight of the package and how far away the package needs to go.


Domestic Shipping within the USA

We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order from San Diego, California. The closer your shipping address is to San Diego, the faster it will arrive.

UPS Shipping Time

UPS only ships Monday - Friday 5pm so if you select UPS Ground you must order by 9am PST Friday to have your order go out Friday, otherwise it will go out Monday at 5pm.


USPS Shipping Info

USPS orders will ship Monday - Friday. The post office is closed Sunday so if you order after 9am on Friday your order will go out Monday. The post office is also closed on Christmas, New Years and all other federally recognized holidays.

International Shipping Outside the USA

For all orders going overseas we ship with USPS by default unless UPS, DHL or FedEx is cheaper. If you would like to ship internationally with another shipping courier please check that specific courier at check out. When we ship with USPS we also declare the goods at a lower value to help reduce the import and customs duty. You can expect to pay import and customs duty tax on all international shipment as each country requires tax to be charged on all products coming into their county. The amount varies by country.

Standard shipping with USPS takes 21-38 days and generally takes longer than expected.

Expedited shipping with DHL takes 3-14 days and usually arrives faster than expected.


UPS - International Orders

We do not ship with UPS international because of the many issues we have had with them in the past. For international orders UPS will try to charge an additional "brokerage fee" which is separate from shipping, customs and duty. You are not required to pay the brokerage fee. You are allowed to declare that you would like to clear the package yourself. This doesn't always happen but we've seen it happen before with orders going to Canada.
